A year ago i called CSIS , the Canadian Security Intelligence Service , about a very real and quickly escalating Viv Network that was just beginning to break ground in sunny ██████ ██████, Canada .

This is the 8th or so time that i·ve emailed . I haven·t received any response . Conditions on the Thunder Bay frontline are deteriorating RAPIDLY .

By as late as November 2022 , there were fears , but most of it was threats and conjecture .

By 2023 January , there were people getting stalked, harassed, and psychologically manipulated on a weekly basis . I work at a Woman·s Shelter . During a recent trip to Montreal , the air was so thick that i could barely breathe it . Not only did it have the moisture of an atmospheric river such as you d find on an island in the middle of the Saint Lawrence River , but the air had a metallic tang to it , and the snow was coming down in the kind of thick, agglomerated clumps typical of silver iodide aerosol injection .

My partner Aurora tells me that she has been studying cell regeneration and Yamanaka factors . i ask her if what she is talking about would be the ability to construct half of CAS9 molecule and put it into a retrovirus and construct the other half of a CAS9 molecule and put it in the vaccine . She tells me that that was how the technology used to work , that now we are entering the era where any two-bit villain could encrypt an entire CAS9 protein and inject it into a deagglomerator .

While i was in Montreal , i got sick with something that caused my saliva to turn into foam , which would sit in my stomach .

Now , i m showing Covid traits . Burning throat , exhaustion , muscle fatigue , difficulty breathing . i ll have to do a test when i get home .

"The Terrorism Confinement Center,[a] abbreviated CECOT, is a maximum security prison in Tecoluca, El Salvador. The prison was built in late 2022 amid a large-scale gang crackdown in the country. The Salvadoran government opened the prison in January 2023, and it began housing inmates the following month."

The full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in Fevrier 2022 . This prison would have to have been constructed after LaMriya was destroyed .

Taking pages right from Magic the Gathering•s playbook[1] (since we have confirmation that the Russians have been combing thru MtG for superweapons , of which there are A LOT of in a card game[2]) ,

Lightning Fog is a combination of electrically-conductive stratospheric aerosols with heavily-ionized storm fronts . The aerosol is a Biogel powered by Aluminium Sulfide and Barium Sulfide and fueled by Storm Cells .

The effect of this fog is Wide-Scale Tazing . That makes it a Scalar Weapon . It affects every part of the body that runs on electricity , which is all of them . Symptoms include lethargy, exhaustion, muscle soreness, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and targeted control of troublesome individuals . All symptoms which could easily be dismissed as ADHD .

So , i•ve been crunching upcoming movie and videogame trailers for the past week , and i•m noticing a very disturbing trend . The rumour is that one of the Deep Hives under Russia , or maybe one of the Sealabs , has cooked up some kind of Horror AI designed specifically for the purposes of what is essentially Terrorism , and they•ve keyed it to the biometrics of peoples• colons , For reasons which are too complicated to explain without the ability to actually use a pencil and paper to draw some of the webs of consequence it entails .

At any rate , the cipher text is "Ultrayellow" , and from what i can understand is a revenge strike for the MKUltra Morgellons Pathogen[1] , and dates back as far as chemical weapons such as the WhoMe agent that was used on Adolf Hitler[2] during WW2 . The corresponding MtG artists rendition is Fungusaur[3] , that•s what it looks like . The "ultrayellow" is a reference to a chemical dye used specifically because it appears clear in the autopsy report yet is "yellow as a Simpsons character" under mass spectroscopy .

The signals , in media , to look for are generally coloured gold or daffodil , an off-yellow that looks sickly to the eye . These could include symbols like paint dripping , or be characters like firefighters in gear . They are often on the left side on the screen , on the same side as the colorectal tract .

From what i have been able to tell , these were sprayed during The Montreal Trip during the first week of 2025 Feb .

I•ve been watching some extremely disturbing consequences in the past year thru my work at DihTech validating Game and Movie trailers . Please understand that this represents tip-of-the-lance technologies , much of which is still classified and/or occluded . I will explain .

Around a decade ago i worked for a grassroots organization called Connect2Youth . We utilized the experience of street-involved youth to train CYW [Child and Youth Worker] students at Humber College . So i do know what i am talking about when i speak of things like "Street Smarts" as "Alacrity-Based Intelligence" or "Idiot Savants" as "Pattern-Based Intelligence" . To this very day , humans barely grasp IQ [Intelligence Quotient] while EQ [Emotional Quotient] remains in the realm of pseudoscience . Cognitive Intelligence is considered "Intelligence" while , for instance , the science of Savant Intelligence barely exists yet . So .

Sometime around the popularization of shows like Westworld (2016__America) , computers started to undergo a shift . As the necessity for exponential growth saw processing speeds pushed to the absolute limit , the physical constraints of 4nm and 2nm microprocessors required the machines to maximize the efficiency of their code , distilling themselves down from processors of human-like logic into tightly-distilled logico-mathematical calculi .

The problem with this , which we can find in Chinese and Japanese humour donghua and anime , is that when you only have 60 characters to describe the entire universe , it requires some repeats . One example would be the word Kami , which means God or Spirit , but also means Paper . The more circuitous a word is , the more opportunities there are for mistake . What i•m seeing in The Trends , sociological, economic, millitary-industrial , are a rapid, sudden increase in the use of Substitution Ciphers popularized by a generation of young adults raised on shows like Gravity Falls , the increasing dependence on Artificial Intelligence for boardroom decisions , and the rapid reveal of World War 4 superweapons in every country at once causing Widespread Panic . This creates a powder keg waiting to go off .

Factor in Threat Domains like the Ukraine/Russia War , or the painfully-bored Indian Princes , or any kind of "As Long As It Happens To Those People" , and we have a circumstance where the Global AI Superintelligence becomes increasingly perforated with bullet holes as we rely increasingly on a system expected to respond with perfect machine intelligence .

I•ve already started to see the consequences trickling down thru the content i track , which means the missile is already inbound .

So , the exact circumstance i•ve been ranting like a madnoble about for the past quatre(4) ans[years] did in fact come true . Critical evidence in my trial went missing a week before the trial . Trois(3) witnesses simply didn•t show up . Facebook never answered the subpoena about whether or not the plaintiff was suggested by Facebook or not , nor any detail about my Timeline being choked in the months prior . My lawyer simply forgot to mention the most important evidences i had . And now i•m going to jail for "Upper -single digit penetentary" .

Thunder Bay Police Incidence Report P22041301 clearly states in 2022 that i had reason to believe i was being trafficked and harassed by ultra-wealthy globalists . By the time i contacted the RCMP about it in Incidence 2026-4513-9925-0 , after quatre(4) ans[years] of abject nightmare , it had only worsened . And this makes the 20th CSIS report i•ve sent . I then walked home from my girlfriend•s place , which took an hour and a half . Note that i could not be knocked unconscious again during this time , as i was in the middle of walking .

The topic at hand is Oneirotronics . As i kept looking around , i kept seeing evidences of the New And Improved Asgardi Dream Renderer , making My Zombie High School clothing racks with Level I and Level II severity , having to leap off of objects onto the ground below , meeting someone who had a car , and going outside , and it being a Big City , we excited [*sic -- this should say "which exited" , the AI predictive text chose this] into Hamilton Gardens and then up to the street , where there was a giant Times Square LED video advertisement about Amun•s Super Cocaine Flakes cereal , and pressuring the person i was with , fuck , fuck , we cannot dawdle , there is going to be a Chrome Fire if we do not do something about it .

Okay , a Chrome Fire should be the last piece of evidence anybody needs , and Amun•s Super Cocaine Flakes really spells out the rest of the whodunnit , don•t•cha think ? .
