On a billboard a block away from the Police Station, facing the station on Central Ave., there is a ██████ advertisement featuring two screens of data and the middle page depicts a butterfly. These people believe that as long as they operate in plain sight, people can·t or won·t believe that they could possibly weild so much power. (See attached report -- lined paper, 3 pages.)

A "Butterfly" is a flayed and viv****ted human, cut open and splayed. These people like to use terminology that maximizes horror, because fear begets power. They like to "slurp" Adrenochrome and "viv" people.

It would be very wise to take this very seriously very quickly. Given that they are printing cards of real-life ████████████ residents in a season where it is "Tournament Legal" to viv****t your own creatures, it is of National Security. CSIS should be not just involved, but pressured.

I used to work in InfoSec. I·ve seen what·s on the Dark Web. Do you know what is the sound of a man blubbering for his life for the sake of [REDACTED], or the high pitched shriek of a dog as it is pinned down and [REDACTED]? You don·t want to.

I just watched a copycat movie about the cards from the original printing of the card Viv****tion circa 2010 (we·re talking twelve years here) . The movie was made in 2020 , ten years after the original printing long enough for these kinds of concepts to filter through the public consciousness . The movie , Made in Abyss , was drawn in an art style clearly designed to appeal to [REDACTED] . This kind of concept creep is exactly what i am trying to warn against .

Because Wizards of the Coast (WotC , a Hasbro Toys subsidiary) is printing cards of real-life ██████ ██████ residents . The most recent set came out yesterday and has a card representing my friend ██████ , who they missed when they printed the previous batch a month ago . There are literal Canadian Citizens and civilians being publicized in this engine that produces a conceptual exhaust smoke capable of turning the topic of [REDACTED] movies to viv****tion .

I very. very. strongly advise involving CSIS .

Here·s a bit about me .
I worked in Toronto Public Health for 12 years . I·ve been working as a consultant for the CIA for the past 8 years (2014) . I have been doing InfoSec (Information Security) for the past 4 years .

A Zero-Day Exploit is a term used for when a vulnerability is discovered and exploited within 24 hours of discovery . A Zero-Hour Exploit is where the vulnerability would have to be found and exploited within the same hour . This data came out 12 hours ago . It had already passed through three sets of hands by the time i got it . By the time you get this at 0900 , there would be three hours to respond within the kinds of time frames of the people i work with and against .

On May 29 i submitted a police report featuring an envelope with a wax seal .
On Jun 16 they previewed a card featuring an envelope with a wax seal stamped with a skull image and the text ,

"Oh, for heaven·s sake, of course it was a death threat! What did you think was in an envelope like that, a wedding invitation?"

Why would a Church Abbey called The Habit reject a Catholic Nun for singing Church Songs about God?

That is the question that the people that i work with - The Vatican, CSIS, Consulting Firms, and Grassroots Activists - are all asking. By the end of March, i was volunteering at their on-site Women·s Shelter 3 and a half days a week, my official title was Volunteer Supervisor, their treasurer had personally asked me to full-time manage their Clothing Room, and i was working in the Soup Kitchen 2-3 days a week. Then, suddenly, one day that all changed.

It was late, sure, but it wasn·t late-late. It was maybe 2200h, and i·m aware that the cutoff time for loud music in Ontario is 2300h. A week prior, one of the residents had physically assaulted me by grabbing me by the collar and trying to push me out of the way for standing in her path to reprimand her for smoking indoors, because it·s illegal to smoke inside and if the health inspector made a surprise visit it could get the whole shelter shut down, if not the whole abbey. The staff didn·t know how to deal with it, so i dealt with it. Without physically assaulting anybody. She didn·t leave. Things were tense.

There are some people saying that it was because i got too close to their operation.

Again, it·s unlikely that any of the staff knew the rustic abbey was being used as a cryptocurrency information hub. And yet, the closer i got to Wizards of the Coast·s operating procedures, the more stressed out everyone became. There are a few specialists in the hacking community that suggested that "WotC"·s hacking operation was manipulating their social media feeds to show them increasingly stressful information in order to cause somebody to snap and cause a fracture. Which is what happened. The busy busy busy staff didn·t know proper handling procedures for working in shelters and penalized the volunteer staff instead of the offender.

At any rate, three "Expansion Sets" ago the threats were a scant inference. Then they actually used the words "Death Threat". Now they·re killing off a character that my friend ██████ dressed up as for a photo shoot. We·re talking about an actual ██████ ██████ resident dressing up as a fictional character online and then the company immediately killing that character in the worst possible way, by having her viv****ted.

On Thursday, August 11, ██████ was attacked in front of her home. That is, ██████ ██████ resident ██████ ██████ was physically attacked in front of her own apartment building by a schizophrenic man whose cousin told her last year to stay away from him because he "heard her voice inside his head" and "felt her poking and prodding him [when she wasn·t there]".

Around that time last year i was personally working on the technologies necessary to produce these effects, and i personally left the project due to a lack of cybersecurity. The Main reason i came 1400km from a major metropolitan city was to take my findings as far away as possible from an unsecurable information leak. The technology works by pinging brain neurons with 5G lasers from cell phones. I have an intimate knowledge and understanding of how this technology works and can demonstrate the mechanisms if requested.

The episode began on Monday, Aug 08 at 0100h and again at 0800h when he began throwing bricks of asphalt at the aluminium siding below her apartment windows. On Thursday Aug 11, he threw a full can of soda at her, stole her purse, and threw it through her apartment window, causing property damage. On Saturday Aug 13, she received an eviction notice because of the property damage.
