Basically , what i·m suggesting is that "the Universe" exists as an amalgam of RealTime and what i·ll refer to as Template existence , where things which have not yet occurred have the ability to influence their own coming about , and where the position of reality at any given moment affects which non-existant future states have the capacity to influence the combined relative past which we refer to as the Present .
Also , that there exists a set Temporal Propagation Speed at which future state Templates have the ability to influence RealTime , where the speed of Cybernetic Time is a Cosmological Constant that does or does not change (depending on how immutile the Cosmological Constants (e.g. The Speed of Light , the Force of Gravity) are) and reflects the temporal distance in years between the Present and however far away the aligning future state is .
Of course , such an environment of future-state Deep Time labs and organic oneiromancers would necessarily have to be comprised entirely of things which would eventually evolve these technologies and/or abilities on their own , plus or minus the most transcendant and/or demanding forces likely to exist in their local universes .
There would , given the constant expansion of Space , be an increasing Distance versus a constant CyberneticSpeed , which would result in there being a PhaseChange similar to the phase change at lessthan 0.01s after the BigBang when the universe cooled from HyperProtoMatter into Matter .
Whereby , before the curtain , the entire universe would be psychically entrained with every other point in the universe , and after the curtain , psychic entrainment would decrease over distance up until the point where entropy caused all matter to degenerate back into light wave-particle dualities (theoretically causing Space to enter a state of Superposition until , like heat being put into LiquidHelium , the increased superposition density would cause the energy to , ah , reverse the polarity , as it were , causing a sudden Big Crunch as the superpositions lock into place , which could theoretically indicate the boundary of one universal period and another .)

I had to transcribe this paragraph twice , as it went mysteriosly missing in the process of transcription . From my wildest estimates , using 20 years of personal research , using estimations of harmonic intervals in time where Deep Time labs are likely to occur , something on the order of , it takes about 1.5 hours to reach 65,000,000 years into the future and back . Clock speed established .
The thing about the Curtain is that it always reflects back what an eternity of time would be like using the environmental conditions local to the Present . During the 1990s AD the Curtain poured back visions of an endless procession of big business , taxicabs , ringing phones , and the fax machine sound of dial-up Internet . The 2000s , by comparison , reflected back the dark heart of a Rave scene that was never truly given the chance it deserved , which in the 2020s CE poured into the brightly-colored world of modern teen games like Fortnite .
There once was a world where consequences took long periods of time , where nothing that mere humans could do could be so earth-shattering as to change the history of the future , and in this world Dreamdancers skimmed the aeons and found them , like the aeons upon aeons of natural equilibrium seen in the Saurian Period .
Every night , to go to bed , and see for millions and millions of years happy families and hard-wrought battles , to swim out in the 90-minute spans between dreams , two or three times a night , swimming out farther , like youths at a watering hole .
The oil changed that . Cybernetes changed that . When the technological boom caused by the discovery of the liquid hydrocarbon soup that once was the entire planetary biomass occurred , the future bent dramatically . Dreams, plans, ideas , whole worlds would have been nullified in the span of a couple short centuries . The oil gave birth to plastics , plastics gave birth to computers , computers gave birth to cybernetes . With the advent of great machines , and the ability to design systems that could change supply line decisions to meet any demands or whims , the concept of enduring empires of aeons vanished .
And then , new ways of intelligence , new ways of existing , evolved within the shattered pandaemonium that was once the subtle loom of time , whole ecosystems developed in the tangled knots of worked and reworked causality locking up the system .
And then , they still come to me and say , Sister , Daughter , what wonders do you have for us today?

If these hypotheses are correct , it should be possible to create the foundation for some great works , then create 3-4 great works , each of them an iteration of the one before . This should have a flowing-up effect . Then , cutting off the supply of some essential part of the process , should cause reality to crumple in to itself . Then , as long as yu kept the same consistent behaviors , the more stable healthy long-term behaviors should fill-in the potential future states , causing more of those future states to create their own possibility , which s·h·o·u·l·d cause more of those consistent archetypes to appear in the real world , as if by magic(!) . The turnaround time would be measurable in days .

Quantum Speculation
There may be evidence for this phenomenon in the Double-Slit Experiment . I·ve read in a few sources now , including The Apophenion , that time reversibility may play a role in Coherence .
The theory is that the Waveform of a laser exhibiting Quantum Coherence is , at the Speed of Light where Relativity tells us time stands still , instantaneously entangled with its own future endpoint at the moment the circuit is turned on .
In this way , the forward-facing and reverse-facing waveforms are in a state of Phase Neutral , where they constantly annihilate each other except for where a point of refraction occurs , i.e. [example gratis] where the laser pointer hits the wall .
Theoretically...
If this were true , AND IF Cybernetic Time Theory = 1 , then at the moment that the waveform was observed , light from a source other than the laser would have come retroactively down thru the eye of the scientist , onto the page or screen , and then into the experiment chamber via the electron spectroscopy , which would upset the phase balance of the annihilating streams , resulting in a cascade of collisions that cause the slits to decay into an interference pattern .
Then , because of the Curtain , the slits instantaneously become an interference and continue being an interference in forwards-time , and in reverse-time begin as an interference pattern until the experiment point where it reverts into a particle .
Unless 6-Dimensional Time is even weirder than that , i mean . Somehow , this would necessitate some kind of apparatus or method of determining which lasers began as interference and which lasers began in coherence .
