Given that i just coughed up an enormous gob of it so it s still fresh in my mind , i started coughing , which triggered a gagging reaction -- however , because there was nowhere for it to migrate , it resulted in dry gagging even tho my stomach is empty . A few minutes later , coughing once again caused a very large globule to expectorate , indicating that the coughing had jostled it loose from my lungs , causing it to migrate thru the lung tissue itself .

If i were capable of emotions i would likely be experiencing an overwhelming disgust reaction .
