There is a Publication Ban on this topic . Per the Criminal Code i am allowed to discuss elements of the case that are specific to my own experience , on any forum i have access to , as long as no details that could be used to identify any of the witnesses or jury are used .

My sentencing hearing was today . I wasn't even allowed to attend . I just got a text from my lawyer . The prosecution is asking for "Upper -single digit penetentiary" . To be clear , Facebook paid for this trial . They paid to have both witnesses segregated by modifying our social media feeds , paid to overdrive the actors , paid to make sure it was a Slap Suit , and paid to make sure the jury was frothing at the mouth by creating a Media Bubble where the populace was surrounded by a) superhero media encouraging troupes of normal everyday folks gaining the abilties to make social change , and , b)the Epstein Files with government officials and law officers doing absolutely nothing to intervene , creating an environment that prejudiced the Jury Of My Peers towards persecution . For fuck's sake , the law around sexual assault is named Christopher's Law , my name was Christopher at birth , and the 2026 law movie Mercy stars Christopher Pratt playing a character named Christopher . You couldn't paint a louder signal on the sky if you spray-painted it from a crop-dusting plane .

It was Wrong , what happened in that courtroom . I was Violated .

Held down. and violated .

I know where the power is , i know who's doing it , i know how to stop them , and that's why i was swatted . The age component was dropped because it was proven that she lied about her age . That evidence went missing quatre(4) jours[days] before the trial . Trois(3) witnesses just didn't show up . The fact that alcohol was present was specifically addressed before the jury was allowed to convene , which means there was more than enough Reasonable Doubt that the jury was legally Required to acquit me , and i shouldn't have even needed reasonable doubt , because i actually did tell the truth to the furthest of my ability , and actually did do everything i had beeen trained by years of experience were Best Practices .

I wasn't allowed at all to talk about my 15-year career as a Harm Reduction Specialist who sat on the Toronto Drug Strategy Implementation Panel with city counsellor Gord Perks and the Toronto Chief of Police , and trained Child And Youth Worker (CYW) students at Humber fucking College . Anything that would have corroborated my character was systematically left out with laser-guided precision . This trial was on rails from The Day In Question to the day of Damnation , the actors overdriven so hard that i could hear the judge's overlord asking "Why are we not doing the part we paid for?" over and over again .

I might as well have had my wrists held down on the desk and been raped right there in the courtroom . Actually , that would have done a lot less damage .
