Order of the Hours

There is a Publication Ban on this topic . That means ,
a) I may only speak about elements of the trial that are relevant to myself and my own circumstances ,
b) on any forum i have access to and clearance to use ,
c) as long as i do not reveal any identifying information about any Witnesses or Jurors .

Speaking as someone who began my career in Youth Engagement as a youth at dix-sept(17) , accessing services designed for my age and circumstances .

Speaking as someone who kept biddies safe while they did drugs they got from their schoolmates , not as a screeching grown-up , but on a cool peer-to-peer level .

Speaking as someone who had multiple contracts on rolling order , so that when i aged out at vingt-síx(26) i continued working in a field that continued supporting me .

Speaking as someone who led marginalized children to grant money , shaped Policy on the Toronto Drug Strategy Implementation Panel , trained Child&&Youth Workers at Humber College .

Speaking as someone who is an inspiration to xer community , who has former clients approach xer on the street saying, "We will never forget what you did for us. Please, take these credits!" .

I am someone people trust . Who people go to when they need a pillar of the community . A person that does what they say and walks upright in the name of the Lord .

A holy noble who actually sat down and made an effort to understand .

In spite of Pharisees, liars, and scoffers all around ,
just like the Bible said in Psalms .

This is a timeline of all the suspicious activity , all the red flags , all the problematic behaviours , all the obvious exploits , of the events that led up to my being swatted and arrested .

Please note that there is no Kai'enne Winter , and there never has been . My legal name at birth was Christopher Cory Neal , and the first time i changed my name it was to Kai'enne Cybin Tyrmerik , and the second time i changed my name was Kai Core Winter .

I told them over and over and over again , at the jail where i was arrested in 2023 CE , to my lawyer multiple times , to the police , and i told the court multiple times . This , in turn , is just another example of how my file was "accidentally" mishandled . At the jailhouse , they got my address wrong on the paperwork as well -- i had them correct it in pen , but the corrections were not updated in the final product . This is a cut-and-dry constriction of circumstances that will result in historians of the future not being able to look me up by any of the names i have legally identified as .

[Note: My internet connection was hacked at this point to delete a paragraph i was writing about Cambridge Analytica and their involvement in cases exactly like these . As if we needed proof of cybercrime built right into a record ultimately accusing the people stalking me of illegal hacking activity .;]

[Paraphrasing...] The Age component of the Legal Proceeding was not included in the Trial Proper , because it was determined in a Pre-Trial Hearing that the plaintiff did lie about her age and did present herself as a consenting adult of legal age .

The Judge pulled the Jury back in after being dismissed for deliberation to remind them that in this context , the presence of alcohol does not negate the consent that was given at the onset of the events in the night in question .

There was more than enough Reasonable Doubt , which i should not have even needed to rely on , because i was actually telling the God-Honest truth .

But because every radio and screen in the country has been blaring "BILLIONAIRE PEDOPHILES GETTING AWAY WITH ACTUAL MURDER, WON'T SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING?!" , and because there was no evidence either way , and because of the momentum of the persecuting Lawyer's accusations and the irritating, needling, deliberately painful way she pronounced the word "PEEE-NIS" , the Jury convicted when they were legally required to acquit .

[Note: The Internet was hacked again during the final process of transcription formatting , shutting down the public wifi for the entire Thunder Bay Downtown Core . ;]

Interrogration

The following data were not even brought up during the trial . The quote at the start of the article , in and of itself a validation of my innocence , was not mentioned at all . Anything that could be used to prove my innocence was systematically excluded with laser-guided precision .

It is my professional opinion as a Dispatcher for a World-Class Consulting Firm that all of us were overdriven on the day in question . Sudden changes in behaviour and rapid ascents into paranoia occur over and over again , in the plaintiff , in my mother , in the interrogator , in the persecuting lawyer , and in the jury .

Between the dihtech.net and orderofthehours.com websites there are more than enough blueprints for devices and techniques that allow people to control people remotely , and rich people using Haptic VR to cause street people to commit crimes is attested as far back as Grant Morrison's The Invisibles in 1997 AD . That was il-y-a[ago] trente(30) ans[years] , when the news was made on Betamax cassettes and 2026 CE seemed like a futuristic wonderland of flying cars and superheroes . The technology has advanced even further since then .

None of these things were accounted for at all during any of the preceedings .

    WINTER: So like, um, using social media advertisements to modulate people's behaviour is not something that is in question. That, that's been in front of the United States Congress multiple times. But they've been caught doing that over and over and over and over and over again. Um, selling advertising data for the purposes of not-, ah... Controlling people instead of trying to sell things to them isn't illegal, which is why they do it that way. Um, so it's, it's like a big business isolating people, getting them away from each other, separating them from their friends, getting them really, really worked up and spun up and lonely and then throwing them at people. ;
  2. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 17, Ln. 02 -
    WINTER: So for like four to eight weeks, I think prior to the incident my Facebook stopped showing me my friends. Uh, it just all of a sudden one day stopped showing me all of the people that I knew. And only started showing me advertisements and, um, and strangers essentially. Which is how I know that like, that something was up. Because there was a massive change in my social media intake right before the incident. Uh, then one day, Facebook's God AI suggests a girl that looks like ██ ██-████ to me. I'm 34. My profile says 34. Facebook suggested that person to me.[1] This, this is the smartest, strongest, fastest artificial intelligence in the world with the most amount of resources. I didn't know she was ██. She didn't look ██. She looked like ██ ██-████, who's 27. ;
  3. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 18, Ln. 13 -
    WINTER: She was wearing a lot of makeup. But so did ██ ████. In fact, I'm like pretty sure that that's the reason why they suggested that specific person was because of the resemblance. The resemblance is uncanny. If I showed you the pictures side by side, it's uncanny. So again, these are already, we're up to three reasons why I know that something weird was going on. ;
  4. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 15, Ln. 25 -
    WINTER: Because it was at the, like pretty much the exact moment that my stepfather Guillermo (ph) came in the room that she crawled onto my lap and started making out with me. Which again, a second ago, we were watching music videos. I was not prepared for it. I was not ready for it. I did not want it. I didn’t consent. I was not given any opportunity to consent. It just started happening. So my stepfather clucks his tongue and says, ah, youth will be youths. Red flag number four. ;
  5. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 21, Ln. 01 -
    WINTER: So about an hour after my parents got home, they came back downstairs again. They said, what's going on? What's taking so long? By this point, she had ██████ ██ back and forth across the, the TV room like six times. She had tried to ████ ██ █ ████ ███. She had tried to ███ █ ██████ on me. She had ███ ███ █████ ███ ████ ██ ████. She had ███ ███ ██████ ████ ██ ██████. Again, these were not things that I wanted. So about an hour after my parents get home, they come back downstairs, she's passed out on the couch. They start going, well, what the hell is going on? I did not look through her bag. I didn't go through her wallet. I didn't go through her purse because these are not things that normal humans do to each other. We do not go through each other's things. Um, but as soon as she was unconscious, my mother comes down, opens the bag, starts ripping through it, like she was looking for something. Pulls out the wallet, rips out the ID, goes Aha!. ;
  6. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 22, Ln. 13 -
    WINTER: Personally, I really would've loved to have been able to like, you know, put her into a bed and like put the sheets on her and maybe give her a glass of water in the morning so that she can, like wake up sober and a bit of a, a hangover. Get back to her house, but that's not how things went down. So we immediately drive to the house. My mother dumps her on the sidewalk and then goes to drive away. Red flag number six. ;
  7. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 26, Ln. 03 -
    WINTER: Um, after the hospital, I had not been given a choice about which city to move back to. While I was in a coma, my mother had signed the papers herself to take me back to the gilded cage where I was then hit with the swat. Which is red flag number seven. We're already up to seven red flags. ;
  8. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 29, Ln. 08 -
    WINTER: And so over the course of about a year to a year and a half, one by one, all of these manipulations started entering my life again as people started hunting me down. I had been the golden goose laying golden eggs and I ran. They followed me. And then they started doing this thing, and then they started doing that thing. They started repeating the process that my church had done, but to the church that I was at, the one that I was supposed to have been moved to for the [Catholic] witness protection program.[2] So they were replicating what my order had done, but in a context that wasn't supposed to be where it was done. And for the past six months, I've been dodging this thing, that thing these, those, this person has a panic attack and does this thing. That person has a meltdown and gets fired. This person like chaos. There was peace and then there was chaos. Red flag number eight. We're up to eight red flags. ;
  9. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 44, Ln. 20 -
    OFFICER: Do you remember when you moved into your mom's?
    WINTER: That would've been somewhere between February 11th and 14th. Uh, it might've even been on Valentine's Day. Come to think of it because they had a little wine cork. They celebrated with a bottle of wine that day. Red flag number nine. ;
  10. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 86, Ln. 14 -
    WINTER: My mother's like, are you sure that's where we're going? And I'm like, are you sure that's it? She, she says she doesn't-, she's not even sure. She doesn't even know if that's the correct number for her house. She just moved in with her stepmother or something, or her mother and her stepfather or something. Uh, essentially was in the same circumstances that I was in. Except that half the age. Red flag number 10. ;
  11. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 97, Ln. 02 -
    WINTER: She did not-, police officers are trained to assume innocent until proven guilty. That was not the case in her mind. It was guilty until proven innocent. As, as [inaudible] as far as what, what direction was... It was, it was just this, this, this fire hose. Ah, anytime I would try to talk, if I tried to explain, if I tried to assert her feelings, if I tried to bring up an analogy, three, four words into the sentence, and then the first time-, like at, at the very first moment that she could find anything, any detail whatsoever to pick at, directly for that detail. ;
  12. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 102, Ln. 15 -
    OFFICER: Um, so the investigation started late, as you mentioned, right? This, this happened in 2020 and now we're in 2023, almost a year or three years and a bit now, right? ;
    WINTER: Red flag number 12. ;
  13. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 103, Ln. 26 -
    WINTER: Usually what happens is that they'll pick a target who's a political or an environmental activist, and I work in environmental rights. And they'll pick a target and then they'll go through all the files that they have, that person. They'll find anything that they can pick out whatsoever. And then they'll pick up whoever the weakest link is on the sheet, essentially. And then they'll fill that person's social media feed with advertisements, weird posts that make them feel weird as much stuff as is possible to like edge the thought into their head, basically. Um, so I'm pretty sure what happened is that somebody paid somebody else[3] to modify Guillermo's advertisement intake to trigger him, essentially. ;
    OFFICER: Okay. But I can tell you from what he's provided, and you[sic] provided a seven-page affidavit on the events that happened on this evening, and, um, it matches very closely to what you told me. Um, which kind of goes to his credibility, right. Well, even though he may be highly influenced by social media and Facebook and the news, um, he's being quite truthful with everything he's giving us because it matches what you're telling me. ;
    WINTER: "Very under arrest."[4] Got it. ;
  14. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 106, Ln. 18 -
    [An actual police station alarm klaxon goes off in the middle of the interview .]
  15. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 106, Ln. 25 -
    WINTER: Um, I had a very normal Christmas at work. Um, myself and this other guy, [REDACTED], who was working there at the time, um, it was pretty much just the two of us holding down the fort for the whole Christmas holiday. We stayed open for the whole holiday. We had like a gift wrapping our gift on wrapping thing with, with our clients. It was like an entirely wholesome affair. Um, and then about a week later, I start seeing the signs of personality change, the signs of subversion essentially. Um, people's behavior changing, people's speech patterns be[sic] changing. Uh, it's really difficult to, to quantify. Because these are all like, really subtle, like, like a flick of the eye and a towel[sic] of the mouth, like the kind of stuff that you learn when you're in lie detection. Um, but if you know what kind of stuff to look for when people start change it[sic], like when they suddenly start doing their hair differently and they suddenly start doing this differently and that differently and this differently and that differently, it's usually an indication that something weird is going on. ;
    OFFICER: So you thought something weird had started to happening[sic]? ;
    WINTER: In about the first week of January. Yeah. ;
    OFFICER: Okay. Well that's fair because like I said, the investigation started for the investigative team in January, yeah. ;
  16. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 121 Ln. 16 -
    OFFICER: Yeah. 'Cause Guillermo actually calls it statutory rape here. ;
    WINTER: He says, yup. ;
    OFFICER: Yup. ;
    WINTER: "Yup. Statutory rape." ;
    OFFICER: Yeah. ;
    WINTER: That's a word that you say when you're enjoying it, when you are reveling in it . ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
  17. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 121 Ln. 24 -
    WINTER: Guillermo and ██████, Guillermo had a tiger of a first son of a first born. And ██████ had a quiet, you know, boy who turned into a girl. Essentially. Guillermo said to her at one point, ██████, the difference between us is that I raised tigers and you raised pandas. ;
    OFFICER: Oh, pandas. ;
    WINTER: Pandas. So one day, Guillermo's son, Nick killed himself, he hung himself from a tree in a public park. Guillermo blamed ██████ and never, never forgave her. Essentially. ;
    OFFICER: Why would he blame ██████? ;
    WINTER: Because ██████ was always the one saying, I don't like him. I don't like him. He's rude, he's irritating, he's rich, he's affluent, he's pompous, he does this, he does that. Guillermo, Guillermo, Guillermo why don't you raise your son right? And then his son killed himself. And so he never let go of that coal, that hot coal. ;
    OFFICER: So you think he's reveling in the fact that you've raped this girl?[4] ;
    WINTER: And he thinks that I've raped this girl. ;
    OFFICER: Okay. ;
    WINTER: Because I did not rape this girl. ;
  18. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 124 Ln. 18 -
    WINTER: That he wanted to get revenge. ;
    OFFICER: Revenge for what? ;
    WINTER: For her killing his son. ;
    OFFICER: Okay. Okay. So then your mom writes, uh... ;
    WINTER: Where, where did the electric smiley face come from? Why is there an electric smiley face on the back? ;
    OFFICER: On the back? ;
    WINTER: Um, behind the words. ;
    OFFICER: Oh, that's his screensaver. ;
  19. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 128 Ln. 25 -
    OFFICER: But when, overall, before[5] I got in this room, what I saw was an online predator. Who knew how young this girl was and had sexual intercourse with her in this basement, okay. You have clarified a few things now and I appreciate that. ;
  20. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 131 Ln. 11 -
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. You knew she was under 18 and I think... ;
    WINTER: I suspected she was under 18. ;
    OFFICER: ...I think you told your mom and Guillermo that she was 18 because you knew she was younger than that and you didn't want them to know 'cause you wanted her to come over 'cause you wanted to... ;
    WINTER: I don't like to lie like that, ma'am. ;
  21. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 135 Ln. 20 -
    WINTER: I would like to give as consistent, as truthful, forthright, and honest of a report as possible. I did not have sex with that girl even though she tried and tried and tried. At the end of the day I put her to bed and made sure she was safe.
    OFFICER: Once again, you-, I can see what you're saying and I appreciate that, but I'm looking at it from a police perspective.
    WINTER: You seem to be assuming guilt, ma'am. ;
    OFFICER: No.[5] ;
    WINTER: You're supposed to be assuming innocence. ;
    OFFICER: No,[5] I'm just showing you the facts that the case is going to present, okay. And me personally as a police officer... it-,[5]
    I definitely understand why you were arrested now, okay. ;
  22. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 143 Ln. 25 -
    OFFICER: Okay. But then you ultimately admit that you had sex with her afterwards? ;
    WINTER: No, we did not have sex. She tried. She tried and she tried and she tried. She pod[sic], she █████ ██ █████. I had my hands on the wall, filled with mixed feelings. Like how am I even supposed to feel in this situation. ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
    WINTER: Not like, I want this, I don't want this. Like, how am I even supposed to feel in this situation where I was enjoying my friend time and now suddenly I'm getting a ██████ ████ ██ ██████. ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
    WINTER: In front of my parents. ;
  23. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 144 Ln. 20 -
    OFFICER: So she is aggressively coming at you for a half hour? ;
    WINTER: Very aggressively. ;
    OFFICER: And you don't, you don't run upstairs? ;
    WINTER: I said no. And I said no. And I said no, I didn't wanna go upstairs because that's where ██████ and Guillermo were. I didn't know what to do. ;
  24. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 153 Ln. 11 -
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. Did you know that ███ went to the hospital shortly after?[7] ;
    WINTER: No. ;
    OFFICER: And she had a rape kit done? ;
    WINTER: No. I, I heard about it months later. ;
    OFFICER: Okay. What do you think that kit's gonna show? Is your DNA gonna be inside ███'s vagina? ;
    WINTER: Negative. ;
  25. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 157 Ln. 24 -
    WINTER: Um, if you, if you could even get me my phone, I can look up the call logs right now. We could settle it like now but[sic] we wouldn't even have to do it later. ;
    OFFICER: I believe your phone was seized. Yeah. So they're gonna get that regardless. ;
    WINTER: But I gave them the password to it. ;
    OFFICER: Yeah. Which was wonderful. ;
    WINTER: Um, which is not something that I would have done if I had child porn on my phone. ;
    OFFICER: Perfect. Great. Right. If you have nothing to hide, that's great. ;
    WINTER: That's what I'm saying, ██████. ;
  26. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 159 Ln. 01 -
    OFFICER: Okay. Um, but before I do that, do you have any last questions for me? ;
    WINTER: If my testimony was true... ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
    WINTER: ...if I didn't lie to you this whole time... ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
    WINTER: ...if you were pressing me and pressing me and pressing me for answers... ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
    WINTER: And if I was telling you the truth this whole time... ;
    OFFICER: Mm-hmm. ;
    WINTER: ...would you be able to admit that your own emotions are a part of why you want to get to the bottom of this case? ;
    OFFICER: Well, I can assure you that I don't have any emotion tied into this case.[5] ;
  27. 20230928__Interrogation - Pg. 159 Ln. 24 -
    WINTER: I didn't check her age. I wanted to believe that she was 18 and when it was blatantly apparent that she was too young, I didn't want any sex whatsoever. ;
    OFFICER: Okay. Final statement? ;
    WINTER: Final statement. ;

People should not be allowed to pay people to bind the courts into arresting Nuns with Career Salaries working our dream lives peacefully at actual Abbeys .

That is not something that should be "not-illegal" .
